Compensation
- Base salary
- Paid time off: 5 weeks of accrued vacation per year
- Paid holidays: 11 Federal holidays per year

- Company funded retirement profit sharing plan up to 20% of salary into self-directed TD Ameritrade funds. (This is a fully qualified plan.)
- Full vesting after 3 months
