Project Integrator

This candidate will serve in Sponsor’s PMP as a project integrator in support of the sponsor’s Project Manager SME for solutions to various areas of the Sponsor’s lines of business. The candidate will help lead the deployment of technical solutions and the necessary process, procedures and communications of the group to effectively assess and report risks and vulnerabilities of organization systems in order to provide senior decision makers with actionable data to make strategic decisions. Candidate will also be involved in all external communications of the office’s services, metrics and marketing of those areas. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist PMO in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs). • Support the Project Manager in resource leveling planning and analysis. • Work with the team to execute commutations, reporting and marketing plans. • Support the division’s communications plan by delivering processes, procedures, and technical deliverables to meet the needs of customers • Plan and coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Change Control Board including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations. • Coordinate project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items; and tracing action items for successful completion. • Provide support such as technical writing, technical editing of word processing and other computer based documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product which may be delivered as computer based magnetic media, preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material. • Compose technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. • Perform other Ad Hoc duties as assigned.

Project Integrator

The customer is looking for an energetic, creative Project Integrator (PI) to support activities in support of the strategic re-alignment of Information Technology (IT) capabilities for the Sponsor. As part of this effort, the Sponsor has a number of legacy operational applications and processes supporting a department that needs to be evaluated and developed as requirements. The PI will be directly responsible for composing technical information; translating information into clear requirement definitions for technical and non-technical personnel; supporting development of various types of documents and reports; integrating graphics and information generated from meetings; business process improvement; strategic communications (to include updating and maintaining the website with the Sponsor centric mission and accomplishments); strategic planning support across the Department and the integration and management of the Sponsor deployment database. The candidate will work closely with the Front Office and other components in the center on a synergistic approach to proactively ensure the department is effective in meeting actions and timelines. The office is a fast paced operational environment that necessitates the need for flexibility and individual accountability for results.

Project Integrator

This individual will serve as a division Project Integrator (PI) for efforts supporting personnel security business processes primarily case management. The PI will assist the project managers and other team members, as needed, with a variety of tasks such as capturing meeting minutes and action items, creating and tracking team accesses and other support requests, preparing responses to corporate action items, and preparing project documentation to include PowerPoint presentations. This individual will also support Program governance boards by preparing agendas, scheduling briefings, documenting meeting minutes and actions, and following up on all actions to ensure completion. Depending on prior experience, input will be sought on the establishment of the governance structure not yet established.

Project Integrator

This Project Integrator position will support a Sponsor by providing day-to-day coordination, documentation, and support for strategic planning for high priority, multi- sponsor programs. The PI will be responsible for organizing regular meetings and program reviews to enable accurate return on investment determinations. The PI will provide regular updates and expert analysis of program progress to help determine way-forward. Project Integrator

The Sponsor requires an expert level Project Integrator (PI) to serve as a strategic consultant providing strategic management consulting services including system integration, business process improvement, performance management (metrics), knowledge management, strategic communications and strategic planning support across the program. Key duties include: •Prepare and coordinate strategic and tactical briefings for senior management. •Provide analytic support as a member of the team, including conducting research and data analysis related to hiring trends and performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement. •Coordinate processes across organizations (e.g. TAG, OMS, Security) to identify business opportunities to maximize processing efficiencies and enhance data exchange. •Support business process improvements such as mapping exercises and provide map updates, as required. •Support the client and project team in the development and implementation of innovative strategic communications and outreach programs and initiatives designed to proactively engage program employees, partners, and stakeholders.
